Hello my name is Nicola, thank you for taking the time to read my profile. In our busy lives it is often difficult to allocate time solely for ourselves, to gift to ourselves the opportunity to explore what may be hurting or limiting us. In essence what may be stopping us from living full and enjoyable lives. Choosing to enter therapy, to allow yourself the time to be listened to and heard without judgement is to choose a powerful and rewarding gift.
About me and my practice
I have expertise working with survivors of Narcissistic Abuse, whether that is in romantic, family or workplace relationships. I am familiar with 12 Step Recovery for drug, alcohol, love, sex addictions and Co Dependency. I am also familiar with Adult Children of Alcoholic and Dysfunctional Families and IFS ( internal family systems).
I have extensive experience working with partners who have experienced betrayal trauma and helping loved ones of addicts and boundary settings.
Experience
I have worked with Charity Organisations in Hertfordshire and The Priory Group residential treatment centre for Primary and secondary treatment. Also a Dayhab centre for patience attending daily for treatment.
I have experience running group and Psycho education aswell as extensive experience with one to one clients.
Qualifications
Person Cantered Therapist. Somatic therapy.
Additional Information
I have most recently studied Somatic therapy skills to help clients with anxiety and fear to help calm the nervous system when feeling triggered. This is a very powerful tool as anxiety and panic attacks can be debilitating.

I offer a free 15 minute consultation regarding your counselling enquiry.
Fees
Sessions range between £120.00 to £80.00 depending on location and online sessions.
When I Work
I see Clients in a tranquil space in Bloomsbury WC1 Opposite beautiful Russel Square park. on Wednesdays from 4pm until 8pm and Sundays from 9am until 1pm
I also have space at Terapia centre at East Finchley On Tuesday Thursday or Fridays at various times during the day/evening.
I have availability online on Zoom Monday Am Tuesday Am Thursday AM/PM.
Prices for all locations can be offered at a concession rate if applicable.
